Real Wedding: Jewish Wedding of Culture & Fun

Real Weddings

Wedding photographers are an essential part of any wedding—from capturing the big picture to all of the littlest details. Nothing can replace photos on your big day, and although we’d like to say that pictures are worth a thousand words, sometimes they’re even worth more! Needless to say, we are so lucky to have great wedding photographers who can capture this special event. Jihan Abdalla, an award winning photographer of Jihan Abdalla Photography, shares her amazing work with us today, while showcasing this beautiful wedding in Los Angeles. We were grinning from ear to ear when we saw these gorgeous wedding photos of Katie and Derrick. These photos really capture the bride and groom’s fun personalities, as well as all of the cutest details, including a delicious and colorful candy buffet. Here’s Jihan’s take from a recent wedding she shot:
“This wedding at the Trump National Golf Club, Los Angeles was so fun and inspiring! We shot for 10 hours and I honestly put my camera down for 5 minutes to eat! It was a Jewish ceremony and I am always fascinated by each moment which embraces the culture. The bride and groom decided to see each other for the first time pre-ceremony during the Ketubah signing. I included a shot of the bride as she walks into the room for the first time to see her groom to be, with her very excited mother behind her. The hora is also one of my favorites, and at this particular wedding both sets of parents were included in the chair lifting! I had the pleasure of working with some terrific vendors, Michelle Dean, Director of Sales and Catering from the Trump Club was one of the most fantastic and efficient planners I have ever come across. Russell Fowler Studios , a long time colleague shot the video, and the band was amazing, In Joy Orchestra.”
